About Us
We have utilized the research skills of Karen Flake on more than one occasion with different methodologies, both focus groups and telephone surveys. Each time we had specific goals in mind as to the information we needed to shape our marketing strategy. Karen designed the questionnaire which produced the results that gave us the direction we needed to go. Her ability to take our need, shape the survey instrument, communicate with the market, then report back not only the results, but the why aspect, along with recommended action far exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitancy recommending Karen Flake for telephone, on line, or focus group research connected to customer satisfaction or public opinion.
